Today of writing is 8/12, I learned this week I am approved for breast forms and gaff underwear. I will need funds to purchase these items, so I mention this news first and foremost to hopefully have help (around $60 for breasts forms, around $20 for gaff). I’ll have exact prices next Thursday (18th) when I get a chance to order them! Cool news to get, I’ll have more to say on this all when I have these items — the only downside to talk of currently, price aside, is the breast forms only go up to C cup… I’d prefer DD.

I learned this week I am scheduled to, the week of the 14th, talk with my first provider of a ”community letter” to approve my surgery. Exciting, but we are not out of the water! I can’t control whether vaginoplasty is suggested, so I am anxious. Further, I have no clue the timeline on the process, or the timeline on a 2nd community letter, or… You get the picture?

So good news always comes with stress! I’m keeping my head up and you all should too. Keep doing what we are, I think, and we’ll manage this all.  I will turn in my informed consent form sometime early-next-week, and will write an update next week to detail how things went or if I’m still waiting.
